Consolidating airline miles
Employees and their guest will need to pay for lunch and dinner (except for the group dinner and lunch at the Kipu ranch), any optional excursions or extensions, shopping, parking/ transportation to from your departure airport, airline baggage fees and airline upgrade fees.
We will not be setting up custom deductions to help pay for extras on the trip.
They will have dedicated support personnel to assist you in making this expedition the very best experience possible.
They are negotiating very competitive rates on the excursions and extensions.
Items purchased at the airport are already certified.
Remember that you CANNOT pick fruit or flowers in Hawaii and take them home. You may want to pack a light, waterproof jacket or sweater for the evenings. You also might want to bring a rain poncho for hiking trails in Kauai’s tropical rainforests.
Guest under 18 must have a legal guardian on the trip and sign a waiver of liability.
There are 2 main trips (Trip 1 Nov 30 – Dec 7, Trip 2 Dec 5 – Dec 12).
Each main trip will have multiple departures and returns.
Certain fruits, vegetables and flowers are allowed for export, but they must be agriculturally approved.
You can find boxed pineapple and other goods in retail shops throughout Hawaii.As we launch the registration webpage, we will provide more information on timing for payment of optional expenses related to the trip. During registration, you can make a special request, but it will not guarantee availability for final room assignment.
